Delivery policy
We aim to send out all books within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you have not received your book within seven days of placing your order (21 days for overseas orders), please email us.

Returns policy
Customers may return books within 28 days of delivery, for a full refund, or for replacement if goods are found to be faulty.

Privacy policy
At Day Books we are committed to protecting your privacy. As required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of any information given to us, to prevent unauthorized access. Book orders are processed securely by us, using PayPal.
